Shipping and Returns
AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY
All Tied + True pieces are handmade to order and are expected to ship within 3-5 business days. Due to the handmade nature of my products, I ask that all customers be aware of this production window. If this window lengthens for any reason, I'll be sure to reach out & let you know!
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from me for the first time.
If you can’t find something on our website, or if you would like to request a custom order please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just shoot me an email within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns after the 14 day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
For your protection, please return your order with an insured trackable courier & keep your receipt with the tracking number. Tied + True is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number. I can not refund shipping charges on return items.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email notifying you that I received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.
Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled any time before your item has shipped. Please contact me directly at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. Should the item ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled.
I regret that I am unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped.
